PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Angie is a well-rounded draftsman and designer and very detail oriented which has increased her work responsibility with every company that he has worked for. Angie is our drafting manager. Most all of the drafting on every one of our projects crosses Jason's desk. Jason has also developed the skills to design entire site plans with little engineer input. Her proper title would be a Draft Design Technologist. Angie has developed a strong ability to integrate all engineering disciplines together on the same plan set. If Angie is managing the assembly of drawings with civil, electrical, mechanical and structural drawings and details the final plan set will be well integrated and cohesive forming a single unified set of plans. Angie is also proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

McKay areas of expertise lie in Civil Engineering, Site plan designs, drainage site designs, roadways, parking lots, water, sewer, storm water design, Environmental Engineering and regulations, sampling, data summary, water and wastewater treatment, chemical and physical parameter analysis, and technical writing. He designed recirculating sand filters and clarifiers. He has used design criteria to evaluate options for treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater.

He has written several technical reports to demonstrate compliance with environmental regulations and to summarize and evaluate options for complying with regulations. He has supervised chemical analysis and flow rate measurement of waste streams to prioritize treatment of individual streams.

McKay has also been involved in the implementation of a monitoring and scheduling program to achieve uniform land application of industrial wastewater. He supervised the monitoring of wastewater, groundwater, soils, and plant tissue required by a wastewater land application permit.

His data management skills led him to design and maintain an environmental monitoring database in order to optimize data analysis and summary. He has optimized chemical usage in order to decrease treatment costs without reducing effluent quality. He determined RCRA status of residuals from chemical testing of wastewater.

McKay has also reviewed hydrogeological models of wastewater land application sites. He oversaw the installation of monitoring wells. He has reviewed and edited reports summarizing hydrogeological characterization and monitoring well installation.
