Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho. A.A. Civil Engineering Technology - 1990 Emphasis, 1998. Courses included: Quality Control principles, Materials Testing (concrete, aggregate, soils, asphalt), Land Surveying (instrumentation, transportation, subdivision design, mathematics), Mechanical and Architectural Drafting, Computer Mapping, AutoCAD with Civil 3D program.

Eagle Rock Engineering and Land Surveying with responsibilities as Survey Project Manager, also Survey Chief over the survey crews performing land and construction surveys. Responsible for bidding land and construction surveying projects, client contact and managing field and office personnel. Also being over residential and commercial subdivision plat layouts and all calculations; Development drawing consisting of water, sewer, storm sewer, curb and gutter and road plan and profiles, A.L.T.A. maps, record of surveys and writing legal descriptions. Other Skills include using Leica G.P.S., HP 48GX with SMI Survey card and Data collector card, Sokkia set 1 and 2 total station with data collectors, Microsurvey Incad Cogo program, also utilizing drafting with AutoCad2002 with Land Development, Designing, Surveying, also involved with quality control inspection and civil quality control inspection skills (acquired in previous positions).
