Project Review and Coordination : The project manager will meet with the team as required to resolve issues, avoid conflicts, coordinate the work, and assure the project proceeds in a timely manner. Review meetings will be held as needed with the project design team to report the progress of the project, including funds expended, specific accomplishments, and tasks remaining. This coordination will allow the engineer and the project developer to view the progress of the project and to provide input as required.
Responsible Registrant : Kurtis J. Roland, Survey Manager, PLS, will have the direct responsibility for managing the project. He will be responsible for the certification of all work performed for the project. Mr. Roland has 18 years of engineering design, platting, subdivision layouts, land and construction surveying experience. He will coordinate all efforts of the Eagle Rock Engineering and Land Surveying team and work closely with the design team to insure that the work accomplished will be in accordance with city or county requirements.
Kurtis J. Roland, PLS will interact with all project team members and visit the sites on a regular basis as project manager. Mr. Roland is a licensed surveyor in Idaho and has experience on many site plan designs and construction staking projects. Mr. Roland will also be overseeing the material testing and inspections.
McKay Andersen, PE will interact with all project team members and visit the sites on a regular basis as project manager. Mr. Anderson is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho and has experience on many site plan designs and construction projects.
Adam Snarr, will perform field surveys as the Crew Chief. Mr. Snarr has over 15 years of surveying experience in the field, with most of this experience in eastern Idaho. Mr. Snarr specializes in GPS surveying.
Eagle Rock Engineering and Land Surveying also has 2 survey crews with 2 state of the art GPS equipment to serve our clients in Boundary and Construction surveys.
